About Lena...

Lena Prima,  youngest daughter of legendary
Louis Prima, is a multi-talented singer, entertainer and recording artist.
Drawing on her father's influence, Lena has crafted a vibrant, exciting show that includes some of Louis' great hits such as
That Old Black Magic, Jump Jive 'An Wail and Sing Sing Sing
(which features Lena on drums), as well as selections from her recently released, critically acclaimed album, "Since The Storm".

Lena's show, powered by her swinging 7 piece band, is met with standing ovations throughout the United States and soon, Europe.

She has received several awards including
A special honor presented to her by Governor Lorraine Hunt for
"Keeping Tradition Alive In Las Vegas"  and the distinguished
American Italian Cultural Roundtable of New York
honored Lena for continuing her father's legacy
and representing women in the field of jazz.

Lena is also a fine artist; working with charcoal, pencils, acrylics and collage.  She began creating jewelry in 2006; using semi-precious stones, sterling silver, various metals, vintage pieces and clay.

Each piece is one-of-a-kind  with the exception of her
"Pennies From Heaven" bracelet and limited edition
"Since The Storm" commemorative necklace.

Lena also has begun a music and arts outreach program called
"Pennies From Heaven"  to help promote the healing aspects of the arts.
As part of this program, she has been volunteering since 2008 teaching a jewelry-making class at The Caring Place in Las Vegas, for those touched by cancer.
